" Maga Neguma" is one of the programs initiated by His Excellency the President under "Mahinda Chinthanaya". Under this program all rural roads that were neglected for many number of decades have been taken for rehabilitation and improvement with the view of providing easy accessibility and all season possibility to all 15,000 villages in the country. This is a revolutionary effort taken by His Excellency the President Mahinda Rajapakse to uplift the living standards of rural community.
